Welsh Housing Partnership

The partnership is made up of four housing associations in Wales and aims to provide good quality and affordable rented housing for working people.

The scheme was set up in 2011 by an organisation made up of four housing associations in Wales (Hafod Housing, Beacon Cymru Group, Grŵp Cynefin and Pobl Group). The scheme aims to provide good quality and affordable rented housing for working people who are unable to access home ownership or social housing.

Different eligibility applies to these homes for example applicants must be employed with a salaried household income of more than £17,000 per year.

If you would like to apply for a Welsh Housing Partnership Property these properties are advertised on our web page. There is a big demand for our homes and we normally close the adverts once we have enough potential applicants, so it pays to get in touch quickly if you see a home that you’re interested in.

The best way to hear about new available properties is to sign up to our property alert emails
